It’s not every weekend you can say you played a team from Newfoundland, New York, Toronto and Boston, but at one of CHE’s 2018 – 2019 Youth Tournaments that’s exactly the kind of international competition you can expect to compete with for one of our amazing tournament championship trophies. Whether you head to Montreal, Lake Placid, Burlington, Quebec City or our brand new tournament in Gatineau/Ottawa, our fully sanctioned tournaments will be your most memorable weekends of the season.
Lake Placid, NY
The tournament season kicks off in Lake Placid this October 12 – 14 followed by 5 great winter dates in this majestic winter wonderland. Games are played at the world famous Lake Placid Olympic Center including a guaranteed game on the Herb Brooks arena, site of the “Miracle on Ice”. This sleepy mountain town is the perfect setting for a hockey tournament this winter.

Arguably the most historic hockey city in the world, the island metropolis of Montreal has everything to parents & players want for a great weekend away. Great restaurants and shopping, a unique European feel and touring the Bell Centre await your team in Montreal. Play games at the pristine Isatis Sports Complexes in either Chambly or St. Constant, both fully equipped with bar and restaurant and 3 NHL sized ice surfaces.

The picturesque college town of Burlington is a perfect spot to enjoy the autumn and maybe even some turkey during american Thanksgiving. Great shopping, restaurants and many micro pubs await your team this November 23 – 25 on the shores of Lake Champlain, and you might even get a chance to do some early season skiing, weather permitting. Gatineau / Ottawa
A brand new location for CHE and already off and running with more than 14 teams registered already. Games are played in Gatineau at the Complexe Branchaud Briére and teams can choose to stay in Gatineau or Ottawa for the weekend. Tournament is played December 7 – 9 but teams that choose to extend their stay could possibly catch 3 NHL games over the weekend with the Senators hosting the Canadiens on Thursday, Penguins on Saturday and Bruins on Sunday night.
Quebec City, QC
Once again we have returned to beautiful Quebec City this January 25 – 27, just in time to feel the frigid temperatures in full force. Regardless of the weather, the oldest city in North America is full of European charm, great restaurants and team can head to Valcartier, the biggest winter park in the world. Stay at the Concorde, Delta or Hilton hotels and play games just 10 minutes away at the University of Laval PEPS.
