Hockey Fundamental Program

PROGRAM FEATURES:

15 hours on-ice Monday to Friday

3 hours on-ice daily:

• players will be placed in proper group according to age
• 1-1/2 hours in morning each day on shooting, skating, passing and puck control
• 1-1/2 hours afternoon, team play and scrimmage
• 1 hour off-ice training
• 1 hour daily recreation including soccer, ball hockey, lacrosse, basketball and baseball
• program runs 8 am to 4:30 pm
• individual video tape analysis on shooting and skating
• special goalie instruction with videotape analysis
• daily lectures, free daily lunch
• free official hockey camp jersey
• groups will be limited to 34 skaters and 4 goalies
• 6 instructors on-ice
