Hockey Fundamental Program

PROGRAM FEATURES:

15 hours on-ice Monday to Friday

• players will be placed in proper group according to age
• program runs 8am to 4:30 pm daily

3 hours on-ice daily:

• 1-1/2 hours in morning each day on shooting, skating, passing and puck control
• 1-1/2 hours afternoon, team play and scrimmage
• video analysis on skating stride and shooting
• 3-on-3 “Pond-Style” scrimmage will take place on each day
• 1 hour off-ice training
• 1 hour daily recreation including soccer, ball hockey, lacrosse, basketball and baseball
• daily lectures including “Sports Concussion” lecture/video
• daily lunch and offical hockey camp jersey included
• groups will be limited to 34 skaters and 4 goalies
• goalie instruction - coach/goalie ratio 1:4
• 6 instructors on-ice
