CHE OFF-ICE TRAINING

Our off-ice programs offer some of the most innovative training skills to improve the on-ice performance of all our players.  We continue to bring in new products and training techniques each year for all levels and ages of players.  Each hockey camp participant will enjoy partcipating in various off-ice drills each morning to enhance their on-ice performance through speed, power, agility, balance, endurance, and much more.  The afternoon off-ice sessions involve a wide variety of recreational sports including basebell, soccer, lacrosse and other sports to promote team play and competition.
