Just for Girls Program Features
Kelowna - July 21-25 (2 Groups) Ages 7-17
July 28-August 1 (2 Groups) Ages 7-17

Open to House League and Rep Players.
CHE will place each player in appropriate
age and skill group

15 HOURS ON-ICE MONDAY TO FRIDAY

3 Hours On-ice Daily
  • 1 1/2 Hours each day on shooting, skating, checking, passing and puck control drills
  • 1 1/2 Hours team play and scrimmage
  • NEW Hockey specific dryland training, check out www.athleteconstruction.com
  • 1 Hour daily recreation including hiking, soccer, basketball and swimming
  • Individual video tape analysis on shooting and skating
  • Daily lectures, free daily lunch
  • Free official hockey camp jersey
  • Groups will be limited to 34 skaters and 4 goalies
  • 6 Instructors on-ice

Special Goalie Instruction
  • Video analysis
  • Use angle ropes
  • Screen Board
  • Learn butterfly, puck control and agility
  • Use Boni Puck machine (Canmore only)
  • Coach/Player ratio 1:4

Just for Girls Elite Program Features
Kelowna - July 21-25 (1 Group)
July 28-August 1 (1 Group)
Ages 1994, 93, 92, 91, 90

Open to AAA, AA, A and Selected Players
(for the player who wants to take it to the next level)

20 TOTAL HOURS ON-ICE MONDAY TO FRIDAY
(Players will be notified of their acceptance)

4 Hours On-ice Daily
  • 2 Hours each morning with instruction on power skating, advanced shooting, checking, passing and puck control. Also advanced transition, passing drills, advanced offensive attack drills and advanced defensive concepts
  • 2 Hours on-ice each afternoon, with emphasis on team play, power play, penalty killing, and controlled scrimmage

  • Individual video tape analysis on shooting and skating
  • 1 Hour daily recreation including flag football, soccer, basketball, hiking, swimming and much more
  • Lunch included daily
  • Free official hockey camp jersey

  • Groups will be limited to 30 skaters and 4 goalies
  • 6 Instructors on-ice
